These terms are for the TILT site, including justtilt.app when that name points here. TILT is operated by Mukesh Chandra Kushwaha, NIE Y5341983V, Travessera de Dalt, 08024, Barcelona, Spain. You can reach us at privacy@justtilt.app.

The tax number and address are on this page because Spanish law (LSSI-CE) requires the operator of a commercial website to show them. The same terms apply wherever you open the site.

A read is one live note on a topic. It summarizes public sentiment and says which way the room on X is leaning. It does not tell you to buy, sell, or hold any asset. It is not financial or investment advice, and it is not a prediction. You make your own decisions.

A read is spent only when a note comes back. If the read does not finish or errors out, it is not deducted from your pack.

Prices are listed in USDC and include applicable taxes. You can pay that price in USDC, or in SKR for whatever that price is worth when you pay.

• One live read is free, once, after a wallet is connected.
• 2.99 USDC buys 5 live reads, once per wallet. They stay until you use them.
• After that, 6.99 USDC buys 10. They stay until you use them.
• 14.99 USDC buys 30. 19.99 USDC buys 50. Those two end 30 days after you pay. Unused reads on them expire.

A pack does not renew automatically. You can buy again only when the current reads are finished. A 30-day pack can also be bought again after those 30 days end. Looking at a sample does not spend a read.

Payment is a direct transfer from your wallet to the address shown before you confirm. Only send USDC or SKR on Solana. The seed never leaves your wallet. A small SOL network fee is required by Solana. That fee is paid to the blockchain validators, not to TILT, and it cannot be refunded.

Nothing is charged until you approve the transaction in your wallet. USDC is the exact price. SKR moves with the market between the moment the price is quoted and the moment the transfer settles.

If you are in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, you have the legal right to change your mind within 14 days on a pack you have not used. Email privacy@justtilt.app with your wallet address and the transaction signature. We will return the same token received, in the original amount, to that wallet within 14 days.

Digital reads are made available immediately after payment. By purchasing a pack, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that your right to change your mind ends once you use your first read from that pack.

Reads that expire at the end of 30 days are not refunded. A free read is not a pack and cannot be refunded. The network transaction fee is not refunded.

A note may quote a public post and name the handle. Those words belong to the person who wrote them. We keep the raw posts behind a note for up to 7 days so the next read of that topic does not start from nothing. A quote on the page is part of the note you were shown.

TILT is provided “as is” and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime; the service relies on third-party networks, AI models, and RPC providers that may occasionally experience outages or delays. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is capped at the amount you paid us for your current pack.

Disconnecting removes the session in this browser. It does not delete the wallet row. That request is covered in the privacy notice. We reserve the right to block or refuse any wallet abusing or attacking the service.

Spanish courts govern these terms, without depriving you of any mandatory consumer protections or dispute rights you hold under the laws of your home jurisdiction.
